Even though the song title is 'Here Comes the Sun', I don't particularly want to talk about the weather, it's been grim, now it's nice, this is England, etc. Yesterday I modelled for my old college friends at their end of year degree fashion show. It was held at a local National Trust house, owned by a 'lord & lady'. There was champage, orange juice, stawberries & cream and a jazz band, and the textiles designer from Monsoon and also John Lewis were apparently special guests. I have never walked a catwalk that long before and infront of such a 'formal' audience, it's all very daunting, but so exciting, and then within seconds it's over and you just want to walk up & down a catwalk for the rest of your life. My friends created beautiful designs, dresses influenced by ballet and freedom, and it was a pleasure to have been asked to model for them. Pictures will hopefully appear within the next few days.
