American Flag .....

Something awesome is going down this season.  American Flag inspired pieces have got me starry-eyed!

Today I have teamed my American Flag Vest Top from Abandon at http://www.usc.co.uk/ with some Very Ripped Jeans and my Havianas.......

Many celebrities have been seen sporting the American flag on their outfits such as Kate Bosworth .....

Tribal .....

So it seems that the must have accessory of the moment is the Tribal Necklace ...... they give an exciting modern edge to any outfit. Make sure you keep your hair slicked back to make an accessory statement.

So today I am taking a walk on the tribal side with a Vintage Necklace from Leeds, Tribal Skirt from Very, Vest from Primark and Flip Flops from TK Maxx....

Tribal Necklaces were spotted on the SS11 Catwalks and celebrities are also going crazy for them ......

FLORAL DRESS AND PARKA

This week I am trying out Grazia’s Made For Each Other feature I read in their 9th May Issue.

They said that something’s are just made to be together! They sound wrong .... but in fact they should work brilliantly together! So after reading this I thought I would take on the challenge! Let me know your thoughts .....

DRESS DOWN FLORAL DRESS AND PARKA
When the temps drop, throw a parka over your floral party dress. Way Cooler than a cardigan!

I am wearing a Parka from Very with a Primark Floral Sundress .......

I am also wearing some new make-up from BM Beauty. One word -WOW! The Eye Shadow looks and feels amazing (I am wearing Dahlia)! The Lash Thickening Mascara - well I think I may have found a new favourite(I normally use Maxfactor False Lash)! Finally the Cherry Bomb Lip Gloss feels lush on my lips and is not too deep in colour which is perfect for me! The range is founded by Kimberly Wyatt and Laura who have made sure the collection is cruelty free and contains no nasties. Check out the full collection at http://www.bmbeauty.com/
What do you think???

Halston Vintage Style

Ever since I saw the SATC Movie I have had a major style crush on SJP's Halston wonders!

So imagine my excitement when I found this lookalike maxi from Very.co.uk last summer! Everytime I wear it I get comments on it and am so exciting to be wearing it again this summer! It is a classic style dress without the designer price tag!

Today I am wearing my lookalike Halston vintage dress from Very teamed with my Havaianas and an Annie Haak Clover Necklace ....

The Halston trend doesnt seem to be fading either and even Whitney Portman was spotted picking up a Halston lookalike in H & M last week!

SJP looking as stylish as ever in Halston ...

The Orphan's Arm ..

I recently discovered an amazing new T-Shirt brand while searching on ASOS - The Orphan's Arm. The brand creates quirky prints hand printed in East London. The Orphan's Arm is a quintessentially English label who hark back over time.

Today I am wearing their Eros Is A Rotten Shot T-Shirt (which I am in love with and is a bargain at £35). I have teamed it with an American Apparel Charcoal Jersey Skirt and Black Loafers from Very.....

Other options available at ASOS include this Smitten Hearted Poets Club Race Vest priced at £30 ...... which I think I may have to get next!

Printed T-Shirts are a celebrity staple too - so always a great piece to invest in!

Fearne Cotton is a fan of the printed T-Shirt .......

Palazzo pants!

So I decided to invest in some Palazzo pants!

I have been seeing this trend coming through more and more in magazines and have spotted a few people wearing them in the street too. To be honest I was not sure whether this was something I would suit but when I popped by Primark and spotted these beauties for £12 I thought  "hey why not try them on". So I did and guess what I LOVED them!

It’s officially the trouser of the season, and in the case of the Palazzo the wider the better! Palazzo pants were splashed all over the SS11 runways.  Best teamed with wedges to extend the 70's vibe and make sure you keep your top half  tight around the waistline.

So today I decided to test the look out and have teamed them with some Faith Black Wedges and a Very Black T-Shirt ......

These were spotted all over the catwalks too ...... and my favourites are these floral numbers from D and G .....

Will you be joining in on the trend too??
