Madhuri Parson

Madhuri Parson is a new luxury jewelry brand offering one-of-a-kind, handcrafted Indian-inspired jewelry with distinct point-of-view. Madhuri saw an opportunity for high-end jewelry that was chic yet versatile enough to be worn from day to evening. She designs pieces to flatter any outfit for women of all ages.
Madhuri’s appreciation for her jewelry heritage was set at an early age. The designer’s late grandfather exposed her to the art of jewelry making. A sixth generation gem enthusiast, Madhuri was born to design, which ultimately led her to develop her eponymous fine jewelry brand.

But it would be nearly a decade before she followed her passion. Upon graduating from the University of Southern California, Madhuri pursued a successful business career in hi-tech working for Fortune 500 companies. However, with jewelry always on her mind, she decided to follow her passion and moved to Manhattan to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology in the Jewelry Design & Studio program and the Gemological Institute of America.
Madhuri subsequently spent several years at David Yurman, Liz Claiborne and Calypso where she gained expertise in marketing, sourcing, and product development.

Her eclectic mix of Indian tradition and western lifestyle is an endless reservoir of inspiration. She finds inspiration in her travels, at home, and among nature. Bold colors, sensuous shapes, multicolored gemstones, exquisite Jaipuri enameling are signature aspects of her brand. "I wanted to create a versatile collection that would complement a woman’s complex emotions and demanding lifestyle, while enhancing her individuality."
Madhuri traveled to India to make her first collection. She spent four months in Jaipur and Mumbai working alongside karigars (artisans) handcrafting her pieces. "Working with these artists brought me back to the time I spent learning the art of jewelry making from my grandfather." Madhuri attributes her success not only to her designs but also to her talented artisans who brought the designs to life.

Stunning modern designs with Indian feel to them.
