This is what I had for lunch today - beautiful isn't it. Shredded buffalo mozarella, rocket leaves, plum tomatoes, ciabatta bread, red onions and a red wine vinegar with honey dressing. No matter how nice it tastes, food that is well presented is always more appetising.
