Transitional Floral

I picked up this dress from Urban Outfitters last week and I just LOVE it!!! It is one of those key pieces that you can can dress up or down and wear in the summer or team with tights in the winter!! The contrasting sheer panels add a rock n roll edge and the dipped hem gives it that designer edge!!
