Cultures In Between was created in early 2009 to allow a deeper exploration into individuals who work as designers, photographers, writers and shop owners. The website presents a considered approach of presented written articles and interviews that uncover their design process and skills through concepts, fabrics/materials and aesthetics . Through this Cultures In Between discovers Design through Fashion and contemporary culture.

Mike Huynh is both writer and editor of Cultures In Between. Differentiating the website from many others, he has striven for quality of presented writing and high standards in content presentation. He has contributed to A Blog Curated By created by the international fashion magazine A MAGAZINE as an author, whilst also a contributing writer to independently published magazines in New York and New Zealand. He has produced freelance writing commissions for the local fashion industry and resides in Sydney, Australia.
